Many of you have already sent emails and social media posts wondering if any new Caprice & Ella content will be available. I can safely say you will have to wait until April 7, 2024, for the sixth season premiere followed by the return of Vote for the Girls.

Unfortunately, since last November, I have had serious physical, emotional, and mental health setbacks along with a heart attack on 4/15/2023 and a major close call on 11/11/2023.

Additionally, on 10/27/2023, my safety and welfare became under attack by a few bad apples despite a neighbor’s car being vandalized and captured on security camera pointed outside. Also, that day, the landlord asked me to remove a security camera pointing outside for any reason whatsoever and by doing so, that is considered to be a terroristic threat to my safety and welfare to not only yours truly and Breeanna, but also caused Caprice, Ella, and to some extent Sierra and Lyssa.

Despite my best efforts to get a resolution that will work, it is not enough to save the tenancy at Golfview Apartments. As a result, I am currently looking for another place for Caprice, Ella, and I (though Breeanna, Sierra, and Lyssa have a separate residence for good reason) to call home come June 1, 2024 that allows security cameras pointed outside (as was the case at what’s now Black Pine Flats) and allows vaping in the home yet though I smoke, I do smoke cigarettes outside my door without any issues or problems of any kind.

Even worse, hours before being notified of the security camera debacle, I had learned that Hank Cash (a longtime security guard) had passed away. He and George Williamston are the security guards that have kept me and my family safe since 1999 and have recently added additional security guards of Rachelle Walters, Lorri Fink, and my nephew Michael I “Weasel” to join George.

If I have learned anything from the affordable housing crisis that we’re still dealing with and seen in the two “Breaking Boiling Point” ministries and a third to begin production soon, is that it’s one thing to avoid being homeless at all costs, but getting the right housing that meets the needs of your family and yourself to avoid a devastating back spasm that I suffered on 11/1/2022 caused by diabetic nerve pain confirmed on 2/24/2023. It is important to get the right housing situation the first time.

Though the back spasm has subsided, I still deal with diabetic nerve pain on occasion and no longer do certain things that I was used to as I am semi-crippled, but somehow managed to power through.

I want to thank the viewers, staff and crew for their understanding and patience as I could lose everything that I have worked so hard for.

Thank you for your understanding,

Ava Zinn
