On September 18, 2021, Ava sustained a knee and back injury after carrying $70 worth of groceries on a small shopping cart while boarding the back of the Fort Wayne CitiLink bus instead of the front at the Southgagte Plaza bus stop and the bus driver simply didn’t care or had any regards to her safety and after watching this episode, that bus driver should face the consequences.
